I only make one claim about my food: it's vegan.
Sweet Onion Relish from Vegan Dad on Vimeo.
Oh yum! This looks delicious! And easy...
I love this recipe, I need to learn how to "put up" food. What do you use the relish on?
Oh, this looks lovely! I am a newcomer to your blog and I must say that everything looks so good! I hope I am not repeating previous questions, but I was wondering what camera and editing software you use for your videos? They are brilliant!
That sounds so tasty - I'm so glad that you're doing videos now!
For how long will the relish keep after it's been canned? Thanks!
Your questions answered!:1. I mainly use the relish on burger/sausage-like foods. It is also great on a variety of sandwiches.2. The videos are shot with a Kodak Playsport video camera--we actually bought it for my son (it is durable and waterproof) and I use it more than he does. Editing is done with iMovie.3. The relish will last for at least a year. It will begin to oxidize a bit after that.
Bet your eyes were watering after processing all those onions...
OMG! Love your blog. I have high-blood-pressure. Vegan way of eating is perfect for me. Love the recipes. Your blog is life saving for all people who deal with health issues. xoxo!
turmeric with an "r", not tumeric, but it was probably just a slip of the fingers.
Made this last week. Absolutely delicious!! Great recipe!
