Bread in the Works

I took a stab at developing a multi grain bread this weekend. It's not quite right, but the basic idea is there. I soaked multi grain cereal for a few hours, then added it to a blend of white, whole wheat, rye, and kamut flour. Full recipe coming soon.

I make a great bread by modifying this recipe:
I always use the amount of whole-wheat flour, but I reduce the amount of white flour by adding any combination of rye, oat, spelt, flax, soy, and other flours I have on hand.
I have used other sweeteners besides the honey, such as maple syrup or agave nectar, you could definitely reduce the amount of sweetener as well, since it does make a sweeter tasting bread.
